Shipping & Delivery
1.Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method. Free standard shipping is available for orders over 500 DKK / 70 EUR within the EU.
Estimated delivery times:
Denmark: 1-3 business days
EU Countries: 3-7 business days
Non-EU Countries: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.
3. Shipping providers
We use GLS for most shipments, offering both pickup point and home delivery options.
4. International shipping
We ship internationally, but some countries may have restrictions. Additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost or delayed shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mail@duckfeet.dk. We will assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues with the carrier.
7. Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items to process a claim.
8. Returns due to undeliverable address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, reshipment fees may apply.
