Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel good about your Duckfeet – from the moment you receive them.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 90 days of receiving them.
This policy outlines how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
All returns and exchanges are handled through our return portal.
To get started:
- Go to our return page
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Follow the steps to complete your request
Once your return is registered, you will receive instructions and a return label by email.
If you are unable to use the return portal, you are always welcome to contact us – we will help you with your return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible
- You are welcome to try on your Duckfeet as you would in a store.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and fit, this may result in a deduction for diminished value.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless:
- the item is defective
- the item received is incorrect
The cost of the return label will be shown in the return portal before you complete your request.
Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal
- Refunds are made using the original payment method
- If the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days, standard delivery costs will also be refunded. Additional costs (e.g. express shipping) will not be refunded
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, you can request a different size or style directly in the return portal.
GIFT CARDS
Duckfeet gift cards are delivered digitally by email and can only be redeemed at duckfeet.com.
Gift cards are excluded from Duckfeet’s voluntary 90-day return policy. This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a purchased gift card is refunded, the gift card will be deactivated.
If products purchased using a gift card are returned, the refunded amount will normally be credited back to the original gift card.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If something isn’t as expected, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
We’ll make sure you receive the right item or a refund – including return shipping costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Duckfeet offers an extended return period of 90 days.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by using our return portal or by contacting us.
You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You may use the standard withdrawal form available upon request.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Under applicable law, you have the right to complain about defects for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.
