Returning or exchanging an item? We're here to make it easy

We want you to feel confident with your purchase – and if something isn’t quite right, returning or exchanging your Duckfeet should feel just as easy and thoughtful as receiving them.

Step-by-step guide


1. Create your return or exchange

Start by selecting your country below to access the correct return portal.

Then enter your order number and email address, choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, select the reason and follow the steps to complete your request. You can easily request a different size or model if needed.

When using our return portal, there is no need to include the physical return form in your parcel – everything is handled digitally.

2. Pack with care

Place the shoes securely back in suitable packaging so they are well protected during transport.

3. Attach your return label

Once your return is registered, you will receive a return label:

  • If your label includes a QR code, you can go directly to the parcel shop and show the QR code on your phone. They will print and attach the label for you – no printer needed.
  • If your label does not include a QR code, please print it and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel. Make sure any old labels or barcodes are removed or covered.
3. Drop off your parcel

Hand in your package at your chosen parcel shop. You will receive a receipt and tracking information so you can follow your return or exchange on its way back to us.

Once your return or exchange arrives, our team will handle it with the same care and attention as when your shoes first left our workshop. We’ll process it as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout the process.
