If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can purchase a return label through our online return portals. Choose your country below to get started.
Step-by-step guide
1. Create your return and purchase a return label
Go to the return portal that matches your country. Fill in the required information and purchase your return label.
2. Print your return label and attach it to your package
Pack the item securely and place the printed label clearly on the outside of the parcel.
Please remember to fill out the physical return form included in your original package and place it inside the parcel.
3. Drop off your return at the nearest parcel shop
Hand in the package at your chosen drop-off location. You will receive a receipt and tracking information.
