Duckfeet shoes are shipped with care from Denmark to most European countries. We offer secure and trackable delivery, and free shipping is available on orders over €70 within the EU. Whether you're ordering from Germany, France, Sweden, or beyond – we're committed to getting your new pair of Duckfeet safely to your door.

Do you ship to EU countries?
Yes – we ship to most EU countries. Orders over €70 qualify for free delivery to a service point. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, and all parcels are fully trackable.
Do you ship to European countries outside the EU?
Yes! We also deliver to countries like the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Shipping costs and conditions vary by country, and in most cases, VAT and customs are handled by us. Shipping costs will be visible in check out.
Do you offer shipping outside Europe?
Yes! We ship to most of the world. If your country is not on the list, please feel free to contact us and we will find a way to get Duckfeet to you.

When do I qualify for free shipping?
If your order total is over €70, you’ll automatically receive free shipping to a service point in most European countries. The discount is applied during checkout – no code needed.
Do I need to pay VAT or customs duties?
If you live in Norway, VAT and customs clearance are already included in the price – no extra fees on delivery.
For other non-EU countries, local customs duties or VAT may be charged upon import, depending on your country’s regulations.
These costs are set by your local authorities and are not included in the product price.
